Victoria Arduino Mythos 1 espresso grinder. Used but in good working order. We have replaced the grinders in our shops so have a few of these for sale
This EK has the stock coffee burrs fitted, which is best for more modern style espresso shots imo and various filter brewing methods. For reference it can grind for traditional espresso on setting 1.7 to 2.3 providing lots of room for experimentation. This grinder was aligned using the well-known sand paper method.
Due to previous use in a mobile coffee van the feet (and threads for screws) have been worn, as it was bolted to the countertop. So a new set of feet are included in the sale and will just require a re-thread to fit new feet properly. Aside from that this grinder works perfectly well and includes x2 hoppers (250g and stock hopper).
Due to its weight and height we’re moving to a more compact sized grinder for mobile work.
