We're selling this hot cupboard as we bought a pizza oven when we changed menus. We used it on weekends for a summer then it went into storage. Its been stored dry and tested and works perfectly, The cupboard is in very good condition, heats up and stays hot at the exact temperature displayed on the digital reader - perfect for kitchens that need to keep large amounts of food hot before serving. We used this cupboard to keep plates hot before service also. We got the custom pass fitted by the manufacturer for £600 and it works a treat and made it really easy to stack bowls and holds a tab grabber. Fantastic bit of kit
