Ubermilk Milk Steamer 2021

2021 Ubermilk machine, very light use. Only ever used on busier weekends.

We bought this Ubermilk from the guys at 108 Group in 2021 and used it on weekend days during the summer. The machine has worked flawlessly but we are not getting enough use out of it to justify keeping it and don't even use it every weekend now so we are reluctantly putting it up for sale.

Condition is nearly new with very light usage and boxed.

The usage statistics can be seen in the images. The machine has benefitted from a factory deep cleaning cycle and is ready to go to its next home.

The Ubermilk itself is an absolute joy to work with. You can adjust the settings for the perfect flat white / latte milk (we use for both) and dispenses perfect milk every time into a jug ready for pouring. Its slimline, so doesn't take up much counter space and is really easy to clean. The machine must be cleaned every end of shift. The cycle takes about 20 minutes but you don't need to present for much of it - just refilling jugs and popping the cleaning fluid in. There is a decent quantity of cleaning fluids with the machine along with the filter discs included free of charge.

This machine is perfect for high footfall cafes that need to shorten wait times for coffee. Especially useful if you have very busy periods or large numbers of customers arriving at the same time.
