I have owned this machine since new (2015), it is very reliable and has recently had a full service (the dial does need to be replaced on the front - happened post service). For the first 5 years it was used in a quiet, small cafe, it is now being used in a park cafe. I am now upgrading to a machine that has AV hence the sale.
