Here I have a 2000 La Marzocco Linea Classic, rebuilt with an arsenal of new parts to be near spec perfect for her year. There are few modifications tried and tested with the later renditions: improved element gaskets, 0.8mm restrictors to regulate that savage water flow, and viton seals between the groups and boiler. The red details are inspired by the original rendition of the Linea from the 80s, known as the red series, or the Fiamma, and the ivory matt powder-coat adds a contemporary vibe. The handles are walnut, and the feet are ovangkol. Every detail has been considered, from the original screw on portafilter spouts and hot water tap, to the PB style red pressure gauge to match the detailing. A tribute to the past, with modern improvements, and a true workhorse. Comes complete with 3 months warranty and local installation. Delivery outside Sussex with be at additional cost of travel.
