Gas roaster that allows for instant heat control unlike most smaller electric roasters.

Small & powerful roaster that does 5 batches per hour. Has a heavy internal drum that's great for roasting but it does weigh nearly 100kg so will need two people to move it & won't fit in a small car. (we can help load this side).

Upgraded to twin tail temperature probe and add phidget for temperature logging un artisan / cropster.

Engineered simply so easy to maintain. It's been sat in storage so it's ready for a deep clean and some TLC after a busy few months.

We've won great taste awards using this but selling due to purchasing 15kg roaster last year.
