UNIQUE APPEAL All the hot drinks are certified organic and most of the coffee to take home is dual certified organic Fairtrade. NOT JUST A CAFE We are coffee specialists, and sell a wide range of Coffee Plant coffee beans to take home, freshly roasted at our nearby roastery. £3k plus per week of turnover is in coffee bean sales. (The roastery is not included in this offer.)

SAME HANDS LAST 20 YEARS The business owner lives on the South Coast and wishes to reduce his involvement prior to retirement. He currently works one or two days per week on this business. He also owns the Coffee Plant roastery which is not currently for sale.

TURNOVER, PROFITS Turnover £8-9k net of VAT per week during Covid restrictions, estimates £12k or more per week post-Covid. We can furnish average weekly accounts based on real time data, currently showing substantial profits. In addition rent rebate is under discussion.
