Most sales on Equipment Store are commercial sales
Items sold as commercial sales are not returnable for either for exchange or refund. Sometimes, we are able to facilitate a buy-back as part of a sale to an alternate consumer. An alternative option is for you to sell any unwanted items on Marketplace.

Distance selling regulations
Our terms and conditions of sale do not infringe on consumers rights under the distance selling regulations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in re-sellable condition, in the original packaging. If you purchased an items in a personal capacity from Equipment Store, please contact Support for details.
Returns
Send items to the correct place
We are not able to received coffee equipment at the office
If we agree to the return of an item, we will supply you with the address of the appropriate warehouse. Always send items tracked and insured as they remain your property until signed into the warehouse.
Attempted delivery of items to the office, or not the specified warehouse, will be rejected and/or charged a transportation and handling fee.
