Faema E61 Legend plus Mazzer Super Jolly Grinder

Faema presents now a new edition of its jewel. Though built maintaining the original design and materials, E61 features updated devices. E61 is the first machine to use a volumetric pump to give the water the ideal 9-atmosphere pressure and keep the pressure constant during the whole extraction process, unlike lever machines.

An automatic boiler fill, a built in volumetric pump, two pressure gauges, to control the pump and the boiler pressure, and the adjustable thermal balancing system (Faema patent). E61 is available in the semi-automatic version “Legend” and in the automatic one “Jubilé”, which features dosed hot water and beverage selections.

Furthermore in E61 Legend, thanks to the preinfusion system, the extension of the contact time between the water and the ground coffee before extraction favours optimal extraction when it comes to the organoleptic properties of the espresso.

Zoe Compact & Compak E6-OD

We are offering and ex. rental package in use for 18 months in a low usage site of 5kg a week. These machines have been well looked after and regularly serviced. The grinder has new burrs and the espresso machine is working well, both have been very reliable throughout their life so far.

Aside from a few small marks here and there the equipment is in good condition, and this is a really great price for a solid start-up/mobile package. We are offering these for collection only from our roastery in Kings Langley. A full VAT invoice will be provided and payment can be made by BACS only.

Please do not enquire from outside the UK as this is collection only and we do not wish to get involved in packing and exporting this item.

Strada ABR Auto Brew Ratio (2 Group) – La Marzocco

Have owned this Strada since new and has been looked after, has been used in our shop and was an absolute champion! Has some cosmetic marks, but these can be easily fixed if you wanted.

If you know about these machines then we don’t need to say much. It is an absolute pleasure to work on and has never let us down. We have sadly closed the location that housed this machine (Thanks Covid) and this is the only reason for the sale of the machine, otherwise it would still be in situ and working hard as usual.

Has been uninstalled and stored safely, ready for the new owners to enjoy.

Any questions please just shout us.

All best.

Mahlkonig Tanzania

Mahlkonig Tanzania In very good working condition.
Approximately 3 years old and used for 6 month commercially and the rest of the time for home purposes ergo the grinder has seen very minimal use overall. (Around 30g per day).
Burrs are therefore in good condition/
Collection is preferred.
Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.

6kg Electric Coffee Roaster

6kg electric coffee roaster In good working condition

This was the first roaster we had at the roastery. We purchase in 2016 from a Chinese manufacturer. We stopped using in 2018 when we upgraded to a larger machine

I have a few spare elements and parts.

Collection would be best but can help to arrange someone to drive it but would be at an extra cost. This would be via a removal company.

MAHLKONIG – EK43T GRINDER

Due to downsizing our coffee operation and moving to more of a food-led environment we’re looking to sell our EK43T. We used this for filter and guest espresso along with decaf (until we purchased a second Mythos One for Decaf in September 2019). The T has the turkish burrs and is able to produce incredible fine grounds.

This grinder was purchased from Square Mile Coffee when the coffeehouse was opening in September 2017. A machine of this calibre deserves to be on centre display in more of a coffee led environment.

The EK43T is suitable for a wide range of grind including Turkish, espresso and some filter as well as working extremely well as a cupping grinder. The EK43 delivers solid uniformity across it’s grind size, to the extent you will notice a considerable difference in the cup in terms of the level of solids extracted from your coffee.

The Turkish burrs on this version allow you to go considerably finer than the standard coffee burrs. Depending on the machine you are using for espresso, you may need Turkish burrs to go fine enough for your needs.

The Mahlkonig EK43 delivers on looks, is amazingly well built, but most importantly provides amazing grind quality. If you’re looking for an on demand grinder for precise espresso and / or brew methods, this may be is as good as it gets.
